Plasterboarding

Using plasterboard to create divisions and features in your house is one of the most effective ways of creating space, making bland surfaces and ceilings interesting, masking unsightly features, and bringing a whole new dimension to the ambience of a room. Used wisely it can also add value to your property. Of course its also a good way of fabricating exterior structures as well. As with all our capabilities, in conjunction with other materials and techniques you can use it as a basis for an entire house 'makeover'.

Arches & Covings

Creating an arch as a feature or applying coving to your ceiling softens a home and makes it more appealing and pleasant to live in. Rounded or ornate shapes are not very common in modern-build Cypriot houses, so at a small expense you can begin to create that palacial effect. - Consult us and use our experience of designing and building features such as these for other satisfied customers.

Painting & decorating

Quite often a new Cypriot house comes as a blank canvas in unrelenting white. We have the experience to 'colour your world' using the latest colour matching principles that suits you. We have many different techniques and effects we can use and a combination of these can achieve your perfect 'dream home' look on both exterior and interior surfaces.

Woodworking

We have many years experience in erecting and finishing wood structures. Whether its pergolas, fences or intricate interior woodwork and carpentry~ we can handle it. Insulation

Insulation of your property is very important for a number of reasons. Energy efficiency is perhaps the most important factor. A properly insulated house in the winter will save you a lot in fuel bills even in our mild Cyprus winters. And in the correspondingly fierce heat of the summer , properly insulated properties can bounce much of the suns rays of and keep you from melting! You can also save a lot of money on air-conditioning. Also, noise in built up areas can be a nuisance and knowing you dont need to hear your neighbours every word should not be underestimated!

Waterproofing

Waterproofing and damp proof courses can protect your property from weather damage and expensive structural repairs. It can also make your home healthier and protect against the harmful airborne damp spores in the air which can bring on asthma attacks.

Stonework & Tiling

Whether its interior bathroom or floor tiling, exterior stone features or ornate customised 'designer' features, we have the skill and the experience to carry out your projects to a very high level of workmanship. We understand how a peice of crafted stonework can offset a well designed interior and we never underestimate the importance of the finish on a typical tiling project from bathrooms to kitchen floors.

Spritz & Grafiato

Spritz is white cement mixed with small stones which is applied as an exterior coating and gives a pleasing finish to your property, whilst also offering protection from the sun & rain. Available in several different coatings and colours it is generally applied with a spray gun. Grafiato on the other hand is a read made plaster suitable for interior and exterior surfaces, It is waterproof and acrylic based and is applied with a trowel giving lined and circular texture effects.

This property required a new pergola / garage port and first floor balcony pergola. The project utilised wood construction, plasterboarding and the creation of arches with ornate features. The work was also fully damp proofed and painted to the clients requirements.
